Chez Maiss came through a franchise company looking to open her first business in the leisure market. She had a passion for wine and had her eyes set on a franchise. After being let down by her franchise partners Sammy Weinbaum suggested she work with Chef Maurizio and his team. The business plan and vision then fell in to place very quickly and Chez Maiss was born!
