The complete portfolio of popular north London eatery, Delisserie, has now been sold via CDG Leisure. We secured a 2,641 sq ft unit for a commercial tenant at the former Temple Fortune branch of Delisserie, on Belmont Parade.

The branch was the last in the mini-chain to have been successfully assigned to other tenants. Last year American-style diner Hudsons Brasserie took the Borehamwood branch, on Shenley Road, and Pinner ice cream parlour, Indulge Dessert Lounge expanded its operations in Buckingham Parade, Stanmore.

Vegan restaurant group, The Gate, took the 3,270 sq ft on Allisten Road, in St Johns Wood, for its fourth London restaurant. While all day bistro, Bob’s Café, a concept by Laurel Canyon Ventures, the team behind Belsize Park institution, Chez Bob, opened its third restaurant at the former Delisserie on The Broadway, in Mill Hill, in April 2018.

Leisure Property Consultant Emma Wright, who acted on behalf of Delisserie, said: “This is a great result which marks a new beginning for all involved. These expansions mark the strength of these brands and will benefit a whole new community.”
