International coffee chain Esquires Coffee has moved its UK head office next to its new coffee shop in Putney.
The company secured a 4,290 sq ft unit at 285-287 Putney Bridge Road, through CDG Leisure, at the site of the former Putney Canteen.
The new café is part of a continued national expansion for the company which is known for its quality product and sustainable ethos.
Esquires Coffee was founded in 1993 in British Columbia, Canada. It now comprises more than 130 stores globally.
The company expanded to the UK and Europe in 2000 and continues to grow through franchising.
David Kornbluth of CDG Leisure, which brokered the deal together on behalf of the previous tenant, said: “This location in Putney was an ideal choice for Esquires Coffee due to its adaptability. The ability to place the company’s office and a coffee shop together on site was a highlight.”
